Position Overview:

NewGen Mission Support is seeking reliable and professional Role Players (Civilian on the Battlefield) to participate in live training exercises designed to simulate real-world civilian interactions and operational challenges faced during overseas deployments.

As a Role Player, you will help military personnel train effectively by portraying civilians in a range of scripted and dynamic scenarios. This opportunity is perfect for individuals looking for flexible work while contributing to meaningful national training efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portray civilians in both scripted and spontaneous scenarios during training operations.
  • Simulate conditions such as injuries, crowd behavior, or village life depending on role requirements.
  • Stay in character throughout assigned exercises.
  • Follow safety protocols and all instructions provided by on-site coordinators.
  • Participate in a mandatory orientation session (approx. 4 hours) prior to the event.
  • Read and interpret daily briefings or role descriptions (provided in English).
  • Be available for the full duration of scheduled shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid, Real ID-compliant driver’s license or state ID.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, or light activity for extended periods.
  • Willing to wear modern, casual attire appropriate for the role and weather conditions.

Preferred Skills:

– Prior military and role-playing experience with active clearance is a plus.

  • Experience in live training exercises, acting, interpreting, or public safety roles.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to fast-paced, changing scenarios.
  • A multilingual or multicultural background is a plus.

Compensation & Other Info:

  • Pay Rate: Competitive, varies by project and location.
  • Travel & Lodging: Not reimbursed unless stated in advance.
  • Availability: Assignments are short-term and may involve extended hours or overnight stays.
