We are trainers, advisors, system engineers, linguists, and logisticians

each with hands-on experience in the environments we serve. While the NewGen brand may be new, our team members have supported U.S. government operations in CONUS and OCONUS settings for years.

We’re proudly based in California and operate remotely to support flexible deployment. Our work is driven by a simple goal: empower those who serve.
