Position Overview:

We are seeking professional Language Interpreters fluent in one or more of the following languages: Arabic, Dari, Farsi, Hindi, Pashto, Russian, Urdu, and Spanish. Interpreters may support remote or in-person assignments, including military training exercises, court hearings, hospital and medical interpreting, document translation, and other operational needs.

As a Language Interpreter, you will facilitate real-time interpretation and accurate translation in high-impact environments, helping clients communicate effectively and respectfully across cultural boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation between English and the target language in various settings (medical, legal, military, training)
• Translate written materials such as scripts, briefs, and reports
• Support cultural scenario development and immersion experiences in training environments
• Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and cultural integrity during interpretation
• Comply with confidentiality requirements and organizational standards

Qualifications:

Must be fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Arabic, Dari, Farsi, Hindi, Pashto, Russian, Urdu, or Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Prior military service as 09L MOS and real-world interpreter experience is highly recommended; active clearance is a plus.

Prior interpreting or translating experience in a hospital, medical, military, legal, or government setting
Familiarity with medical or military terminology and regional dialects
Certification from an accredited interpretation or translation program (preferred but not required)
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Compensation & Assignment Information:

Pay Rate: Competitive and based on experience, language, and assignment type
Assignment Types: Vary by need; may include court appearances, remote calls, hospital visits, field exercises, or document review
Travel: Some assignments may require travel; policies vary by contract.
